  • Products under warranty and products out of warranty can be returned for service, repair, hardware and firmware upgrade. Items returned out of warranty may incur a service expense for evaluation and subsequent repair.
  • An authorized representative should process this RMA request before the product can be shipped to us. RMA's without customer signature will not be processed.
  • Please use the confirmation/approval number to return the products to us. Without this number, any product that is returned may not be processed in a timely manner. Please attach a copy of this form when returning the product to us.
