Simple Guide Point Adjustment for Web Guiding System

one of our features and our sensor and controllers setups that we have is the automatic guide point adjustment which makes it easier to set up your converting line by just putting the material on your sensor and then once you have the material at the position you want you can just by pressing a button reset the guide point whatever you want so let me show you how it works in this case we have it set up for senator guiding right and as you can see as I move the material around you can see where the material position is at and you can see the center of the material with that green line but however on the top part of the screen or that bar you can see a gray bar that is our actual guide point right now but if I want to reset it to say this position right here all I have to do is just press the reset guide point button and then as soon as I hit accept it will automatically take it to that position so now I have reset my guide point for this operation now this can be used for edge Center guiding with one or two sensors or contrast guiding this is beneficial for people who have operations where they move the material quite often where in in their converting line and therefore do not want to have the hassle of just doing a precise reset of their guide point it's a very easy setup very easy operation and it will save a lot of time for you in your converting line you
